Cheingora

Cheingora is the art of spinning animal fur/hair into a yarn for knitting. It is a great way to keep a memory of your favorite animal. It is completely safe and harmless to your pet beacuse you are using only the groomed hair that would otherwise go to waste.

Clipped or brushed clean fur/hair is best. If possible, you should have your animal washed, dryed and then clipped or burshed.  Most any pet hair can be spun, it must be at least 2" long and clean. Clean consists of: not mats, no vegetation, no chemicals, no fleas. Hair that is received with any of these will be promptly returned.

Your pet fur/hair can be mixed with Angora Rabbit Fiber, sheeps wool or spun by itself. Please email for information.
